AJ & Co. and Australia’s largest solar firm

The planning and environment team at AJ & Co Lawyers (headed up by Wendy Evans) have secured final orders dismissing two submitter appeals against the Somerset Regional Council’s approval of a 1,500MW hashtag#SolarFarm for hashtag#SunshineEnergyAustralia.
The final orders were efficiently obtained within three months of the institution of the two appeals, and subsequent to a mediation.
This hashtag#renewableenergy project will increase Queensland’s renewable energy supply by between 15 and 36% once operational, supplying in the order of 300,000 households per year with power.
