With extensive experience in Government and Regulatory law, Brian’s career has resulted in him providing advice and representation to numerous Government agencies and corporate clients as well as SME’s and high net worth individuals with particular interest in property disputes, building and construction, planning and environment, corporate advisory and employment law.

Brian has successfully represented clients in various jurisdictions including the High Court of Australia, Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme, District and Magistrates Court, Local Courts, as well as various administrative and state tribunals.

He is also an experienced lawyer in class actions.

  • coronial inquest leading to discovery of major drug trafficking throughout prison system;
  • environmental prosecution against large Australian chemical manufacturing company for contaminating water;

  • acting for local councils in general protection claims brought in the Queensland Industrial Relations Court;
