Paul provides advice to property developers and private clients requiring resolution to town planning issues.

Varied experience in every type of property project from resorts, airports, mixed use residential, flat land subdivisions, multi level residential apartments and commercial buildings.

Broad advice on front end projects requiring legal advice from a town planning perspective, advice on such matters as variation of scheme, material change of use applications (both code and impact assessable applications) and providing opinion on the application of the current planning legislation with regards to the most recent caseload.
